Yahoo email

Yahoo email has a new security feature built into their website. The problem occurs when a patron typically uses another device (ie. home computer, notebook, tablet) to access their email but comes into the library and wants to use one of our internet computers. The patron will get a message that Yahoo has detected a different device being used to access this account. It prompts the patron to answer a secret question. If the patron knows the answer to the question, fine, they can get into their account. If they do not remember the answer because they created the account several years ago, then they are out of luck. Unfortunately there is nothing we can do for them. They will have to login to their account using the device they normally use and change their secret question. Instructions here.
