New Procedure: Teen Study Room

New Teen Study Room Procedure
Beginning Tuesday, September 27, 2011

1. Request ID, library card, or red book from one person who wants to use the study room. A group can use the room, but we only need ID from one person. If the person does not have their library card with them, you can look up their library card number.

2. Put it in the folder marked “Teen Study Room” in the Readers Advisory Desk. This folder is located with the daily newspaper folders that we take ID for, in the front of that drawer.

3. Unlock the door for the patron. Re-lock the handle once you open it. That way, when the people leave the room and close the door, it will already be locked.

4. Patron can have their ID/library card/red book back when room is confirmed to be empty, in good condition, and door closed and locked.
