Reference Counter

Starting on Tuesday, March 1, we will be counting all patron transactions at the youth, readers advisory, and reference desks. Frank is still working out the kinks and the aesthetics of the counter, but it is currently functional.

Please remember to click on the desk you are working at when you start a desk shift (if it isn't already open). Then click on a button for the type of interaction each time you help a patron. Definitions will be added soon.

Frank will have a tab in the web browsers open automatically for this in the future, and we will add a link to the intranet too. In the meantime, please use this link:
