Outline of Michigan Tax System publication

As most of you probably saw in your e-mail today, the Citizen's Research Council of Michigan has produced a new publication called Outline of Michigan Tax System. I have created links to both the HTML version and the "download directly to PDF" version on the Income Tax web page. This publication is 84 pages long, so it may take a short time to download and view. Hint - the HTML version loads faster !!
