MeL Interloan

In preparation for writing the instructions on the home page for MeL, I decided to try to interloan a book. I have to confess, it was easier than any other ILL process I've ever done before. All I needed was my name and barcode information and it sent me an immediate confirmation of which library it would be coming from. In case patrons ask how they will be notified, Plymouth will be doing that once the book arrives. It was pretty darn slick !!
