This will allow patrons to log into their account on MI Bridges, which needs to open a new window when you log in. Holly reminded everyone to please initial the timesheet at the end of each week. She asked if anyone still uses Finder Binder. Due to lack of usage, it will be discarded.

Susan S. Tax appointments are almost all booked. We will have a Blood Drive on March 14. Mike Score from Hantz Farms will be the speaker at the May 14 Friends Annual Meeting. No registration is required to attend.
Tim The Chess Club meets today and Brown Bag Books meets tomorrow. Tax forms are being reordered as necessary. We have not yet received the reproducible books.
Ron Local historian Jack Dempsey is donating his collection of Civil War books to us.
Barb Central Middle School will be visiting us tomorrow. NHS tutors have not been showing up recently and Barb is in contact with the schools to see what can be done to improve the situation. To ensure that students are not disappointed, suggest that they call before coming in for tutoring. An NHS student is working on creating an ArtZine from our teens’ submissions. Another NHS student will be conducting classes on social media in the Computer Lab on March 15 and 22. Attendance at the Winter Break programs was low. Blind Date with a Book is winding down. We will have a March Madness display featuring a bracket with books.
Lauren The newsletter lists incorrect dates for the Lego programs. They will be held on the 1st Thursday, March-May.
Carol C. Preschools on Parade is tonight. Spring decorations will be going up soon. Storytimes start next week. We will have both Brain Friendly and U-M programs next month, and a Smart Money program in April.
Carol S. The new AV equipment will be installed in the Friends Room on March 10. Our S&P bond rating is AA+, which is extremely good. Carol is looking forward to attending PLA. There is electrical work going on outside near the parking lot. She has spoken to the Chamber of Commerce about our business databases and found members to be enthusiastic about them.
Dana We will have a Dr. Seuss party at 11:00 and 2:00 on March 1. The March reading program will be entitled “Book a Trip” and have a travel theme. At the end of the month, children will bring in their reading passport and receive stickers to put in it.
