A couple of weeks ago we noticed that the UL B/W printer at the Print Release Station was printing with a slight smudge down the center. We took the printer apart, cleaned it and checked for damage. We determined that there is a problem with the fuser and Frank ordered a new one. It is currently on order but we don't know when it will be in.
Thank you all for your emails/support requests but we are aware of the problem and will fix it ASAP.
