Teen Zone Study Room

From now on, when you open the Teen Zone Study Room for someone, please don't lock it. When there are people in there, it should remain unlocked. This will make quick re-entry into the study room possible, should there be any need.

Once they leave, you'll have to get up and lock it so that another group doesn't help themselves without leaving ID at the RA desk. 

So, the room is to be unlocked when occupied and locked when empty.
