New Nook Simple Touch here

The new Nook was released a week early, so it's already here for staff to demontrate.  It will be kept in the same drawer at Reader's Advisory where the other six are located.  This Nook has the same size screen as the Kindle (6 inch) but is smaller in overall size due to a touch-keyboard rather than a built-in one like on the Kindle.  We've already downloaded a book from Project Gutenberg if you want to see what the screen resolution is like.  Priced at $139, I think it will give Kindle a run for its money.  (Dear Lord, I sound like Bob Barker on the Price is Right!)

If you want to check it out, please have it back - fully charged - so I can demonstrate it for patrons on June 16th at the E-Reader's Users Group.
