New Librarians' Choice Blog
Barb Dinan suggested turning Librarians' Choice page into a blog - what a great idea - and so we have. Katy, Barb, and Brita all contribute to this page, so now they can update it themselves without having to go through a web page. Each review is an individual entry so they can be categorized for later archive searching. Check it out! Katy has added great cover art to her reviews. Can the entries be linked to the catalog so a patron could go directly to the catalog to check availability, make a request, etc.?
Yes you can. First look up the bib number of the book you're writing about. The highlight the title and click the "link" icon. Let's say we're doing the book Hoot:
Highlight the word Hoot and add the code where it prompts you. The result will look like this:
OOT by Carl Hiassen.. The bib number comes after the = sign
