As more of our patrons get ebook devices of their own, we have questions regarding how to download OverDrive e-books onto those e-readers. I have made a PDF of some instructions provided by OverDrive that apply to transferring e-books in Adobe EPUB format onto Sony E-Readers and Barnes & Noble Nooks. Remember, Amazon Kindles are not compatible with OverDrive products!!
The instructions are on the Intranet Page under the Instruction section. The link is called OverDrive - EPUB for ebooks. Please take a look at these pages since the instructions are quite long. The Library owns a Nook for demonstration purposes, so let me know if you want to try to work through the process. My computer has the Adobe software necessary for transferring already loaded.
